Project Description:

The Pizza Inn project was a complete gut and renovation of an existing abandoned restaurant. Finishes were removed down to structural walls and concrete floors were cut and removed to allow for all new plumbing. The electrical service was rebuilt. All of the original kitchen equipment and hookups were removed and replaced with all new equipment including a custom hood system and stainless duct. The original bathrooms were removed and replaced with all new ADA compliant bathrooms with custom toilet partitions. The dining location deviated from the prototypical franchise requirements by exposing the original brick on the walls and installing natural oak trim.  LED lighting, oversized ceramic tile, new storefront windows and doors, black acoustical tile and grid were the finishing touches for the restaurant space. Exterior work included a new stucco clad tower, LED strip lighting, exposed exterior brick and custom signage.
