Project Description:

The Bulldega Urban Market project was a downtown commercial up-fit project within an existing historic building. The key to the project’s design was keeping as much of the original building construction exposed as possible. All of the original brick, heavy timber decking, posts and beams were media blasted and sealed. The original mosaic tile entryway was salvaged, polished and sealed as well as the original concrete floors. The project included all new HVAC equipment with insulated spiral duct, new electrical service and lighting and all new plumbing that included two ADA compliant bathrooms.
